Staying at the Ranch

Please book your rooms at the Tanque Verde Guest Ranch.  The Ranch is fairly isolated and is not close to any stores or other places to stay.  A major part of the experience is the actual stay at the beautiful Ranch rooms.

Transportation to The Ranch:

The Ranch offers a shuttle to and from the airport at a rate of $25 per person.  This will need to be scheduled in advance and is on a first come, first served basis.

 

Tucson Hilton East:

Once rooms at the Ranch are sold-out, we recommend that you book a room at the Tucson Hilton East Hotel.   We will have a block of rooms reserved, and at a discount, for our attendees there AFTER the Ranch is completely booked.  Phone: 520-721-5600. Located at: 7600 E Broadway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85710.  We will provide shuttles to the ranch from the Hilton and back.

 

Please note that if you are not staying at the Ranch, you will need to pay for your meals at the restaurant.  Meals are approximately $85 per day if you have three meals, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages per day.  ​
