A restless creator, Julia has spent the past decade as a freelancer in commercial beauty photography & retouching in Los Angeles. She is formally trained in Commercial Photography (Melbourne, Australia).
As a photographer, Julia aims to capture clean, perfectly lit images that require minimal post-production.
With extensive experience in the beauty industry and deep understanding of makeup, lighting, and retouching, she also leads Avenue Retouching team, a post-production and consulting agency in the beauty ecosystem, designed to help cosmetics brands create visuals that capture the consumer’s attention.
Her obsession with exploring human potential drives her to constantly mold herself to grow and help other artists produce more high-quality work faster, leveraging her distilled experience in the commercial beauty ecosystem.
